Conference Registration

Registration will re-open after the 2nd call for proposals and evaluations

All presenting authors of accepted papers and all participants in accepted sessions (presenting authors, chairs, and discussants) are expected to register for and attend the conference and to be present at the scheduled sessions.

Delegates who are unable to attend in person due to the global COVID pandemic, will be able to pre-record their presentations, and access Keynote recorded addresses. We are exploring ways to record all in-person paper presentations and make these accessible.

To promote broad participation in the conference, each delegate will be limited to two presenting roles. You may be first author/presenting author on more than two submissions, but you will need to withdraw presentations if more than two are accepted.

Conference Fees and Payment

Registration fees include:

• Attendance to the conference;
• Program, book of abstracts, author bios and proceedings;
• Lunches, coffee and tea breaks.
